Church Staff
PASTOR
Bro. Todd Plunkett has served as pastor since December of 2010. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2007. Bro. Todd previously served as pastor of Good Hope Baptist Church in Batesville, MS and as youth minister of two churches prior to graduating seminary. He is married to RaShel and they have boy/girl twins, Kaleb and Kendall.
MINISTER of MUSIC DIRECTOR
Bro. Gary has been in music ministry for the past 22 years. Most of that time was spent at Anna Heights Baptist Church, where He Served on the worship team and orchestra as drummer, guitar and vocals. Ten of those years were spent traveling with Southern Gospel Quartets through out the midwest. Gary and his wife Dawn have been married for 37 years They have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Gary also runs a small construction and home repair business.
MINISTER OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH
Mr. Robbie Ralls has served in this position since 2008. Under his leadership these ministries have enjoyed great spiritual and numerical growth. He has attended Southeast Missouri University where he was involved in track and played football. He is married to Amy and they have two daughters, Sydnie and Torie.
MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Mrs. Jerri Miller, Ministry Assistant, has been with First Baptist Church since 2004. Her duties include writing and publishing bulletins, newsletters and flyers, accounts payable, payroll and contributions accounting. Jerri is married to James, and they have three daughters. The Millers reside in Tamms.
CUSTODIAN
Mr. Kaj Westermark is our Swedish custodian born in Finland. He has served as custodian since 2008. His wife, Anette, serves as pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Cobden, IL and they have one child.
